About Us

Kim Good Rubenstein is a 5th generation Skagitonian, graduate from La Conner High School and Washington State University. She has a teaching credential in Special Education and has worked in the field of inclusive education consulting to support students with developmental disabilities in general education classrooms. These skills have provided the foundation to build a business owned by her eldest daughter Elizabeth, who has Down Syndrome.

Elizabeth Rubenstein has been living in and loving Skagit County since 2010. She has always strived to find ways to contribute to the community she loves so much, including participating in Special Olympics, ACT Theater, Aktion Club, fundraising for Meals on Wheels, and volunteering for community events. She is excited to have found a way to earn a living through one of her favorite hobbies: baking!

Her sister Christina moved to Skagit County in 2010 and completed her education at Skagit Valley College and Western Washington University while running a small business of her own with her partner Robyn Burdick.

Robyn Burdick moved to Skagit County to become an honorary Good Girl in 2014, earning a certificate in Web Media. She and Christina used their artistic abilities to launch a small business of their own, designing and producing stickers under the name Frog & Cog.

Frog & Cog is proud to be a part of Good Eats, Sweet Treats, designing and producing all decorative and informative packaging and web design for these tasty treats.

Good Eats, Sweet Treats was founded as a way to provide a job for Elizabeth doing something she’s passionate about, and to lay down the groundwork to encourage others with developmental disabilities to pursue their passions!
